A simple session structure
An effective session can be divided into three parts: warm-up, focused drill and timed practice. Spend the first few minutes typing familiar text at an easy pace. Next, work on one weak area. Finish with a timed passage and review your result.
This structure gives every session a purpose. It also prevents the common habit of taking the same test repeatedly without learning from the mistakes. Record one useful observation after each session and use it to shape the next one.
Turn the idea into a habit
Good typing improvement is cumulative. The value of a technique appears when you repeat it across many short sessions. Avoid changing several variables at once. If you are working on accuracy, keep the passage and time reasonable. If you are testing speed, keep the conditions consistent. This makes it easier to understand what actually helped.
